You should install all of the fonts included in the web design template package before proceeding with working on the PSD and FLA source files.
If you are a Microsoft Windows user you can simply copy and paste all fonts from the template package into the
Windows\Fonts folder or
WinNT\Fonts if you are on a NT based system.

A more reliable way is to use font manager software. For example, Adobe Type Manager Light, which you can find download links for in the Software Requirements section.
