I have downloaded the zip file and its not working ("unexpected end of archive" or similar error)
Sometimes the download remains incomplete (due to a connection error your download may be interrupted and a wrong file is saved to your computer). This means that you have a partial file cached and every time you try to download it again your computer just pulls it from the cache. You need to purge all temporary folders on your PC (c:/windows/temp, c:/temp, Internet Temporary files) and download the file again to solve this problem.
After download I get .php file and can't handle it with my MAC.
Some Mac users have problems with a .php script, because a MAC system can not resolve it. Please contact our support center and we will provide you the link for a direct ZIP download.
